Bosplay Terms and Conditions — Platform Guidelines

Welcome to bosplay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bosplay platform, including the website, mobile app and all services provided by us.

By accessing or using any part of the bosplay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bosplay as the platform operator. bosplay reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and notice of changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered email.

To register and use the bosplay platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition that prevents you from participating in online gambling activities.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Never have had a bosplay account previously suspended or terminated due to a policy violation.

Bosplay is not responsible for any legal consequences faced by users who access the platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited. It is the user's sole responsibility to determine the legality of using the platform.

Each bosplay user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved along with forfeiture of any balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. Details provided — including your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number — must be your own and valid.

The identity verification (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be required include:

• Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or a valid passport.
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months).
• In certain cases, proof of ownership of the payment method used.

All deposits to your bosplay account must be made through approved payment methods listed on the platform. bosplay accepts deposits via DuitNow, FPX, local e-wallets and other methods displayed during the deposit process.

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the system.
• Bosplay does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bosplay reserves the right to hold suspicious deposit transactions for security verification purposes.

Bosplay is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and transparently. Valid withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow and e-wallets are typically processed within less than 5 minutes once approved.
• Withdrawals via local bank transfer may take up to 1 business day.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your bosplay account.
• Bosplay reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as a standard security measure.

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level. Members who have completed full KYC enjoy higher withdrawal limits. Check your current limits in the account settings on the bosplay platform.

Bosplay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before wins can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion, per member, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a serious violation and may result in cancellation of all bonuses.
• Bosplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• Bonus values and wagering requirements are fixed as stated in each promotion's terms at the time the offer is made.

All games available on bosplay are operated in accordance with game rules set by their respective providers. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.

• Bosplay is not liable for losses caused by internet connection interruptions on the player's end.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game, bosplay will resolve the issue based on available data in the system.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any method that manipulates game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Bosplay reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings obtained through deliberate exploitation of bugs or system vulnerabilities.

All casino games on bosplay use independently verified RNG technology. This means every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including bosplay itself.

Bosplay expects all members to act respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, threatening or harassing language toward bosplay staff or other members.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing unauthorized access to your account.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or probe vulnerabilities in the bosplay system without written authorization.
• Spreading false or misleading information about bosplay to third parties.
• Using the bosplay platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.

Members may close their bosplay account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

Bosplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Identity verification (KYC) failed or fraudulent documents submitted.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.

In cases of suspension due to fraud or serious violations, bosplay reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in the account until the investigation is concluded.

The bosplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bosplay makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, bugs or unplanned downtime.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bosplay shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data incurred by the member.
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions of third parties, including payment service providers.
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond bosplay's control (force majeure).

The collection, use and protection of your personal data by bosplay is governed by Privacy Policy our separate page. That Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms, and by accepting these Terms, you also agree to the bosplay Privacy Policy.

In summary, bosplay only collects data necessary for platform operations, stores all data with appropriate encryption, and does not sell personal data to third parties. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy us.

Bosplay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via an in-platform notice or email at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the change is required immediately for security or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through a mutually agreed arbitration process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
